The Halt time at AMBALA Station was 4 minute but it didn't halted for 4 minutes- halted for hardly 1 to 2 minutes causing utter inconvenience. Such situations may cause accidents. On such a big station, it didn't halt just because it was running late as it started klate from Chandigarh. Is this the way to reach at time.

one person ka refund nhi diya partially confirm krke payment nhi diya.aaj ke baad confirm ticket se booking nhi karenge.or jo coupon dete usi ke naam se dete hai taaki or koi book nhi kr sake three times refund ka kh kr aap log bewakoof bnate hai or per person 2000 lete hai jb aapki trf se cancel hoti hai aap three times refund nhi krte uski jgh coupon code dete hai .aacha dimaag lgaya hai confirm ticket waalo ne shame on you and your staffs . customer care number bhi nhi dete .sirf written me baat kr sake aapke khilaaf court case hona chahiye.

very old coaches are being used,needs to be replaced/rennovated as this train runs between capital of our country and the city beautiful and a lot of passengers from other countries also travels in it.food quality better this time but still needs to be improved. regards

cateror staff sales the food without bills ,tea or soup ete to those didn't booked food.

needs vast updation as I travelled in this train for the last several years and seen gradual degradation in services , and or scrapped forever ,as more concentration is on promoting recent product Vande Bharat

Good Quality is not as per the Standard. Atleast as per the train status food should be of good. No drink (🍵 or Coffee)between the journey

pantry people begging for tips like beggars. showing 100 rs notes and saying care for us also.
demanding extra tips for getting you non veg food. rusk are basically stone sticks that can't absorb soups. soups are basically water with flavours added no thickness. no bread crumbs in soup no spoon given.

Either food quality need to b upgraded or it should b made optional
Cold drink should b served before hot soup is served

The staff is good and cooperative. Train is well maintained and clean washroom, everything is provided at your seat.

Great travel by the shatabdi for the first time, children enjoyed it better than the air travel later the same day. Please keep up the same and let all the trains be like this. Thanks.
