Overall Good
Bathroom cleaning not upto mark - Should be cleaner/sweeper present all the time during journey on these trains being charged heavily - to get cleaner bathrooms as users don't take care to remain it clean.Next one faces very ridiculous situation once it's dirty & worse .

the snacks served were not of good quality, sandwich, samosa/ kachori were not were not maintained according to the atmosphere neither they were kept in hot case nor in cool cool temperature to maintain the sandwich fresh

i dont know why but indian raiway sould arrange dinner food for their passenger in luxury trains lot of people are hungry to waiting for dinner but no dinner were available in shatabdi i dont know why they stoped this service

I have travelled in many premium trains including other Shatabdi's as well...
but I can say that this 12034/33 Kanpur Shatabdi is the most cleanest and hygienic Shatabdi Train...
-A journey worth money.

Train seats much more comfortable than Vande Bharat as they recline more and have better sponging
Food is average and they dont serve dinner which is bad as train reaches at almost 9 pm everytime. Dinner can be catered at 1930 hours and easily finish by 2030 hours

worst train ever i asked one time again for tea bit he said that tea is available only one time and in tejas express i have asked tea two time s more then also they have given ut was a worst train....I will give the rating from 1.5/5

They didn't have cold water or juice .We expect them to serve us cold water and juice in summer. Also washrooms were so dirty , it made me wanna puke.

Poorer services than earlier. Housekeeping staff not cleaning toilets properly. Toilets condition not upto mark

The overall experience within the train is very bad. The toilets are messy. Seats and comfort level is not at all like the expectation with Shatabdi train level. No Charts facility out side the train so as to get the current seat status. Panty Food, is tasteless and utensils (specially coffee/tea Mugs) are very rough and dirty inside.Quality of Cutlets served during breakfast is of pathetic quality.

Premium trains with high dynamic fares are running late. Quantity of water served has been reduced to half without prior initiation to passenger.
