Train quality 3 star, because ac not proper working, punctuality 2 star because train late arrive and departure,Food quality 1 star because food order but it's not delivered

worst train getting delayed as always, food quality is poor as we know. train comfort is worst as we know. very disappointing 😞

I am not journey for this train I cancel my ticket but no cancel ticket I hate this app and railway information and aple ticket cheakcer ne paise liye hoge ghush kisi aur se but mera ticket cancel nhi kreaya okay no issues I hate Indian railway and ushki sewa

both the quality and quantity of food served on the train is hopeless and bad. Food should be made optional in the ticket.

worst experience ever, it was very dirty, seats were stinking and the food was very bad and even the a/c was also not working.. staff was rude and unsupportive

Nt worth the money they are charging..
It takes 2.30 hrs to reach Delhi from aligarh.. Bt route is only of 1.30 hrs...
And it was 15min late though it has reached Ghaziabad @ 10am...
Aftr reaching Ghaziabad it was moving with the speed of passenger train.

provided defective cup for tea. tea was spread on the table. no replacement and no one to clean the table after so many reminders.

food quality can be made some more better.tea flask found unhygienic,may be washed in certain specified temperature of water to kill germs.

despite winters, train reached almost on time. eatable supplied during the journey needs serious quality improvement. Even the taste is unhealthy.

TT was engaged in corruption. .. I was traveling with three seats but unfortunately could not bring my family ..so two of my seats were left vacant . TT gives those seats to others but they were not on waiting list ... you can check it does not goes to Gov account . I don't have proof but he might have asked for ransom from that individual of amount 1100
