Toilet was dirty. Toilet cleaner did not not tried to clean it inspite of request & failed to do his duty.

despite money being charged the IRCTC staff denied food. when both TTE and IRCTC staff confronted, they started apologising. the ticket is misleading as it said no pantry in train hence carry your food. IRCTC is cheating customers

In EC, roilets were not cleaned regularly. We can not change mentality of Indian people but when we charge for EC and have cleaner in the train, otnshall be cleaned regularly.
