IRTC please to change the food vendor or don't include food options when booking in to the ticket. The food quality is very wrost have inspected before or tated train food ?

Food quality was very food in some items there was no any test The packing of food packets was not upto mark it was very poor overall I am not satisfied I have wasted amount of catering charges

too many cockroaches from seat and gaps.
tea was horrible,
i asked coffee, they did not give me extra sachet.
attendant was chewing pan.
was not expecting this kind of service for 1000 ( bus)
it is not worth it because I also spent 250 ( auto to destination). + 25o (auto to arrive to station)
please make it better.
i rely on this.
i will submit photos next time
i did not want to make a scene or take any photos as many women were in my coach.

Food was not good. sambaar & chutney was very watery & tasteless and Vada was sour. Pongal was ok.
Seats base are not welded properly & hence it hurts people and also in toilets, water was logging outside. As per as about Punctuality, it was little (15 minutes) late, even though the last leg was given about 20-30 minutes to reach due to signals.

Restroom is not clean, no path to go restroom because of the passengers sitting near that, all the panels are broken ceiling inside and the train seats are damaged, false wall next to entrance door are peeled.

Food quantity and taste is very minimal. I tried non veg break fast. Its taste less and very very minimal qty.
Even my neighbor seat member ordered veg food, I heard that it was taste less and idlis not cooked properly

Food quality & Quantity should need to be improved.
also in my opinion food menu shd need to given with timings of Tea & Food for the comfortable of the passengers & also for Food supply staffs.

No food/pantry service when travelled on 12th March 2022. Not even a single yes or coffee was served. Disgusting. Had to purchase food at katpadi after 2.45 hrs journey.

Food was very little quantity. For veg, one vadai and a small cup of karabath was given. Nothing else. Tomato soup can be given. For urgency sake, I chose the Shatabdi. Otherwise this not preferred.

Toilet area smells even for a shatabdi and so is the seats next to toilet. Bad experience due to the toilet smell for 5 hours of journey.

Breakfast item say about 150gm of Pongal and 50 gems of Vada is not sufficient for Breakfast. please add an item or little more would be sufficient.
