Food quantity and taste is very minimal. I tried non veg break fast. Its taste less and very very minimal qty.
Even my neighbor seat member ordered veg food, I heard that it was taste less and idlis not cooked properly

Food quality & Quantity should need to be improved.
also in my opinion food menu shd need to given with timings of Tea & Food for the comfortable of the passengers & also for Food supply staffs.

No food/pantry service when travelled on 12th March 2022. Not even a single yes or coffee was served. Disgusting. Had to purchase food at katpadi after 2.45 hrs journey.

Food was very little quantity. For veg, one vadai and a small cup of karabath was given. Nothing else. Tomato soup can be given. For urgency sake, I chose the Shatabdi. Otherwise this not preferred.

The Chennai Central Station to be kept hygienic as it is parked in a platform which stinks. First impression would be the best impression. Unfortunately the nauseating smell spoils the whole entry

Toilet area smells even for a shatabdi and so is the seats next to toilet. Bad experience due to the toilet smell for 5 hours of journey.

Breakfast item say about 150gm of Pongal and 50 gems of Vada is not sufficient for Breakfast. please add an item or little more would be sufficient.
