drinking water is not sufficient and extra water was not available even after paying. washrooms were not clean upto the mark. not upto the level of Shatabdi.

arrival was late at Solapur and food was pathetic, pls change the comboand sandwich was plain without any seasoning and bikaji kachori was very tiny and dry ,chudwa was worst and tea powder was also worst atleast take few more 10 rs and give good food which is filling and estable

Train in very dirty condition.., seats are very old not comfortable need to upgrade.., ac also not working properly even 30mins completely turned off ac due to technical issue after 30 mins they restarted but cooling was very mild..

Needs to upgrade the food quality and the menu needs to be changed every day. In 3 days time I'd traveled twice and the menu remains the same. Pathetic quality and menu system.

It has been observed that train bogies are not being placed as per the order shown on the platform LED coach position display. Due to this mismatch, passengers wait at the designated coach locations but the coaches arrive at different positions, causing confusion, inconvenience, and last-minute rush, especially for senior citizens, women, and passengers with luggage.
Passengers rely on the platform LED coach numbering system for proper boarding. When the actual coach sequence does not match the displayed order, it defeats the purpose of the system and compromises passenger safety and comfort.
We request the concerned authorities to:
Ensure accurate coach placement as per the LED display, or
Update the LED display in real time if there is any change in coach composition, and
Make clear announcements in case of unavoidable deviations.

Very poor than expected, what a non sense 4 hrs late but word of regret a refund or compensation should be arranged for the pain , further no rest room for upper class traveller and like blood sucker the rest room was given to private contractor @ ₹20/hr per head, further the room was full, it's all annoying travelling by this train as we purchased very costly tickets EC , it's not worth at all. chair quality was so poor NEGATIVE RATINGS FOR TRAIN , REST ROOM, expect the senior official (Adhikshak), allowed us another room for resting on requests. Even the quality of the pay and use toilets were worst, overall very bad experience for upper class traveller

we expect the trains like shatabdi should be atleast punctual.. this is not not only 1st instance of getting late.. it is frustrating too as well... very disappointing experience...!!!

food wasn't that good too much oily and toilets wear not maintained well filthy toilets no hygiene after all we paid 1500 per head we not getting any services.
need to look into this very seriously.

very very bad experience. food quality is very bad. never depend on the food of this train.
we are paying higher rate to reach on time. but the training is running late by 4 to 5 hrs.
I recommend you must componsate for the trouble I have faced due to delay and other issues

I had average experience this time with shatabdi as our booggie c1 Ac was not working my ticket was booked on c4 actually but my family was I'm C1 so I too had to travel with them in C1 coach but unfortunately C1 ac were not working and had to travel sweating till pune.

Train left on time from Hyderabad but however was delayed by 20 minutes while reaching to Pune. Train is good and clean. Food was ok and little bit spicy. Toilets were not that clean.

travel by Anubhuti coach was not a value for money experience at all. toilets are very dirty. seat pushback levers were not working. there is room for improvement on all fronts.
