Ticket was provided in DL1, Coach and it's a general coach, causing serious harassment to the travellers and both of them being female. Rail authority should take a note of this.

Several windows are not opening fully. No air is passing from these windows. So it's very difficult to sit in the summer specially for children and old peoples. Some chairs are also half broken, a person can't seat their properly. Some seat covers are also open up.

Train runs very good. But really ill maintained rickety coaches will bad smell allover... all coaches need to be replaced immediately

when I was returning from tatanagar to Howrah.The train reached howrah 1hr 40min late.Not only yesterday being late is it's regular affair.
