The train needs to be refurbished. Dusty seats and unclear windows and looks very gloomy considering it's one of the premium trains of India.

excellent hospitality,but like a local train it has a lot of stoppages,it is premium but does not looks premium. No of stoppages should be reduced.

Railway needs to recruit competent staff for at least this type if train. In last 25 years service of Shatabdi and Rajdhani has gone bad to worst .

it must be improved by its quality in every sector and a lot of extra time is given where hwh--rnc can be covered in 6 hrs Max to max.please LOOK AFTER THE MATTER most seriously.THIS TIME CURTLEMENT WILL BE HELPFUL TO EVERYBODY.

I think foods/snacks are required to be served at least two more times additionally over and above the existing number of times being served during the journey.

I travel many time in this train..the food quality is good and the food servers are most important for passenger but then are all good..train quality is excellent but running b/w bksc to dhnd is horrible.

Quality of food needs a lot of improvement. The pantry car staff always comes for tips with a tray of mouth freshers. This practice should be totally stopped. They are doing their duty and not obliging the passengers by serving food and beverages.
