Trains in India are only long-distance conveyance and hence a compulsion. The authorities do not care for passenger's convenience. Liquor is sold in train by the staffs employed by the contractors with complete impunity. Sanitation standard is not up to the mark. Food I do not try after seeing the places where it is stored and washed.

Food quantity is now less according to last 2 years.Dinner given by railway staff as breakfast.2chapati 100g rice is only for breakfast not dinner.

Dear Indian Railway. I Vikas Chauhan, travelled on October 8, 2022 from Haridwar to New Delhi. I'm really disappointed with your in train services. During my travel, I asked for water bottle (Second Helping) from your non courteous staff number of times but they didn't give me a water bottle to have my medicines after meal (Dinner). This is inhuman and very annoying. I offered them money to buy water bottle but they refused me to provide water bottle. As per my information, Shatabdi is one of premium Train of Indian Railway. Then also I experienced such inhuman behaviour from your staff. I'm going to write a complaint to Railway Minister. Thank you and regards.

Couch C3 in which I was traveling was very old and seats were not that comfortable and the pathetic part was washroom. it was choked. This is the first time that I liked shatabdi food. It was better than expected.

train routes diverted. Departure was 4:14 Hrs late. IRCTC failed to server lunch and no foods available in train for passages.

train was 5 hours late very bed experience. this is my suggestion to you that whenever the train will be late you have to be provide the food to the pessengers.

Every thing was good but AC temperature was too cold because of which I fel sick you should try and maintaine the temperature according to the requirements of the passengers.

Toilet was stinking & uncleaned. Food was full of oil. Did Railway allow waiters to ask & force to collect the TIP from all the passangers. This practice should be stopped immediayely. seats should be more comfirtable.

your service boy jeetu collected tips after serving ice cream from every passenger. that ashamed a person,who could not pay or pay less tips in the eyes of copassenger.is that right thing.. ?????

Tea & Snacks menu needs a must review. No point in serving toffees which every passenger returns it unutilised. Sandwhich taste awful because of fresh carrot grated & placed without baked. Items served in main meals require a drastic quality grade as much long back it used to be. Large quantity of tomato sauce packets i have seen being returned by passengers. Please serve a light AC blanket for each passenger

Cleanliness- Bad smell in toilet Punctuality- It's reached in night, People wants to reach their destination as early as possible. But this train always delayed by minimum 15 minutes. Food- taste of paneer veg. is bitter. Only daal and chapati can be ate.

The train gets late in winter and reaches NDLS around 11.30pm. It becomes VERY hectic to catch the Last Airport Express Metro at 11.40pm
