This train probably has the worst bathrooms I have ever experienced in Indian railways shatabdi edition , all the 4 bathrooms in c4 and were overflowing with feaces and nobody seemed to care

Needs More Cleaning Ness & Hospitality & Stop Unauthorized Persons In Trains Coaches Improve WL Trends Also Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

in train attendant was not good. for certain male group people he was giving food from out side or economic class but not to all. my coach was c11. he was doing favour to regular passenger which is not right every one paying the same amount. or they were giving him tip. kindly look into the matter

I was traveling from Ludhiana to Ambala on 29th July in Amritsar Shatabdi under PNR no 2646890500 in C8 compartment with seat no 5. Mr. Ashish Kumar who was serving breakfast in the compartment delayed the breakfast to all the fellow passengers who were traveling till Ambala and I was served breakfast at 8.16 AM which I denied to have as the train was about to reach Ambala. Request you to kindly adhere the timings of the passengers and ask your pantry staff to manage the things properly

The quality of food was very bad. The daal was stinking and the bread and cutlets given to us were also stinking. The train was running 8 hours 30 minutes late and no update has been given

will never travel with dus train again...foid quality zero ....stinky breads served...last two chairs given uncomfortable travel..stinky washrooms...one can vomit if need to use...reached sabzi mandi station at 11:45 and they took 45 more min to reach new delhi station with ni reason given...so frustrating....wasted ny money

all is good..punctuality..food likes...but cleanness of train or washrooms is too much poor or dirty...No safety in train for passengers or train materials..bcz no one stop theft of train materials like tab..etc.. plz improve this with strictly..

very poor response. first time I travelled in this train. there was no water in washroom to wash hands but there was water everywhere on the floor. it was very dirty. I will never travel by this train again.

Even after running shatabdi at 130Km/hr, it is getting late by 40 mins. On-time performance is a major factor people prefer other modes of transport over railways. Cleanliness has improved. Food is not of good quality.

seats were not cleaned and head rest covers were missing. seats were not adjusted for the fresh start. coach was not prepared well before start. in short felt like paid for executive class and traveled in third class.

My first travel in shatabdi express was very impressive in the yr 2010 for every thing. But now it seems cleanliness is not the priority of Railways and seems that just they are carrying the passengers. Toilets were were very dirty with stinking smell.

You May try to get on board feedback from passengers Same staff is on board, since the train started.last time I travelled on 4th,April NDLS-JUC and lodged compliant on line, which was acknowledged but no action or feed back
