1. train coach C-8 was shaking too much at high speed. it seems to have issue with suspension
2. train was late by 30 min at jalandhar city

1. announcement on leaving station welcomes those boarding, must also give next halt station name & approximate times to it.
2. please Soup is terrible, its almost everyone's opinion, a ready to drink hot soup served earlier was good. please reconsider.

Behavior of the pantry staff was so rude even by demanding the extra water bottle tey eplied with such comment that was unbearable they are looking for the money in the shape to unload the passengers luggage and giviung extra foods really its disguting.I really feel bad to travel in such train and in luxary coach Anubuti shame

food quality is so good food timings are not customer friedly caterers aim is just to finish the job as early as possible soup was served at 6.15 pm just after tea

While the train was running right time till beas. But at the outer signal of Amritsar it stopped for 30 minutes and reached at destination late by 30 minutes.
