Hi, you are using the same hosiery when you started the train, pushback seat not working, so much of wheels noise, food you are charging at the full but see the size of cutlets, earlier lf you combined 2 pcs then also it would be bigger. SORRY TO SAY VERY VERY POOR.

satabdi service n train hygiene is pathetic they should improve seats are all broken n very uncomfortable there are cockroaches runnning

While overall the experience was good, would like to highlight theatm ost of the window glasses of coach C13 were not clear which drastically reduced the visibility

Cleanliness of coaches needs to be improved drastically. It is not at all comparable to Vande Bharat, but charges are almost similar.

just like other chair car train, running late each and every time in vapi, also food quality very poor, only 500 ml drinking water, staff behavior excellent, food quality and water quantity need to change

Food quality is very much low.. Instead of giving full meal can give one better option Biryani or paratha l because lunch is very bad quality.. No body can eat such poor food in shatabadi and rajdhani train....

The cleanliness & food served in the train was not upto mark ...... i was served pattice in snacks which was oily & not upto the mark. Hope you make the changes & serve better food.

Kindly improve water facility in toilets.
There was no proper flow/pressure in taps.
It happens so many times when I travel.

Food quality needs lot of improvement, especially w.r.t Omellete. This time bread was also not very fresh. Plus, service was very slow, breakfast was not over even till Vapi - that is almost 2 hrs journey from Mumbai.

FOOD QUALITY IS STALE. YOU GET RE HEATED UPMA MADE 4 HOURS BEFORE WITH VERY CHILLED COCONUT CHUTNEY AND STALE SAMBHAR.FOOD PACKING CONTAINS DUST ON IT.

it is good train to travel.
regarding food.- there should be some change in menu. as always I find veg cutlet and bread butter jam. there should be some menu change
