The overall journey was okay, but there were some issues. The bathroom faucet was not working, and the door lock inside was broken, which is a safety concern. Also, the train was delayed by around 15 minutes.

ac फर्स्ट मे toilet मे सीट टूटी हुई, पानी बेहद कम यदि ac 1st मे ये हाल है तो बाकी के डिब्बो मे क्या हाल होगा हम इतना पैसा क्यों खर्च करते हैं? कृपया इन पर ध्यान दें l

Train time not suitable for Panipat passengers. It further add to the woes when too late. earlier train times were best when it runs from Delhi. Run the train from Agra at a time so that it reaches at 6pm at Delhi.

Preference is given to tatkal booking inspite of pre bookings...it seems unfair,,,,
