Despite short route train, it gets late. It is given 2 hours time for 70km distance between Karnal and Ambala

The overall journey was okay, but there were some issues. The bathroom faucet was not working, and the door lock inside was broken, which is a safety concern. Also, the train was delayed by around 15 minutes.

Sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with the sleeper coach service. Can you tell me more about what specifically went wrong? Was it the cleanliness, comfort, or something else?

Train time not suitable for Panipat passengers. It further add to the woes when too late. earlier train times were best when it runs from Delhi. Run the train from Agra at a time so that it reaches at 6pm at Delhi.
