This is the best app for train booking but it's very bad practice of charging for getting tickets being confirmed at later date this practice must be stopped with immediate effect, this practice is similar to domestic Airlines are doing, this comes under bad practice adopted by Indian Railway and Domestic Airlines in India

tren me safai nahi hai bathroom me pani nahi jagah jagah gandgi hai or food ki Quality third hai is liye mai sabhi yatri se nivedan karta hu ki khane pine ka saman Ghar se hi laye kyuki tren me ovar charge bhi kiya jata hai

SLEEPER COACHES TREATED AS A GENERAL.
WATER LEAKING AND TOILETS IN WORST CONDITIONS.

i think jo side pantry hai wo ek toh rail neer ki bottle nahi hai koi or company ki bottle hai or khane me kuch dam nahi hota hai to me ye railway ko suggest karuga ki train no 11463 as well as all rake of somnath jabalpur me pantry car attege honi chahiye yahi mera suggestion hai

In the train journey I was found several people who are not passanger this train are disturbing like as - Bagger, seller and more. It should be prevent by railway authorities. Thanks

Coach attendant behaved rudely, early morning came and collected bed roll instead my station not come, bathroom were very dirty, not good experience on this train
