2 people pay full money and share half seat great great great
I am travelling with 11401
RAC 31 other person is old age and suffering from various illnesses, his left leg is totally damaged and smelling,
How can I share a seat with him
Personal hygiene is totally compromised

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been travelling on this train since 9:00 PM last night. The cleanliness condition of the coach is very poor. The coach ceiling and other areas are dirty, and the wash basin is in an unhygienic condition.
Despite being on the train for several hours, the coach has not been cleaned even once. This is causing inconvenience and discomfort to passengers.
I kindly request immediate cleaning of the coach and wash basin and necessary action to maintain proper hygiene during the journey.

I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent train journey experience.
The train was delayed by 6–7 hours, which caused a lot of inconvenience to passengers. Additionally, the cleanliness of the train was very poor. There was no proper सफाई (cleaning), and basic hygiene standards were not maintained.
Passengers expect better time management and cleanliness from Indian Railways. I request the concerned authorities to take strict action and improve these services for a better travel experience.

first they inform train is 2hrs late and at the last moment train got delayed by 3.30 hrs .....last moment cancellation can't be done as there is no refund....they only give information at the last moment to avoid cancellation charges

My ticket is still in RAC status even after booking it two months in advance. Despite booking so early, it was not confirmed. This is very disappointing and inconvenient.
Even other passengers are occupying the sleeper coach like a general coach. There is no proper control, and it has become extremely crowded. This is a very bad and disappointing experience.

IRCTC वाले कृपया धियान दे
सरकार को आरएसी (रेजिडेंट एयर कंडीशनिंग) सुविधा बंद कर देनी चाहिए।
क्योंकि वे टिकट का पूरा शुल्क लेते हैं और आधी सीट ही देते हैं।
ऐसे में कोई व्यक्ति लंबी दूरी की यात्रा कैसे कर सकता है?

this is real hard to listen to that your saying treval guaranty if ticket is not confirmed then 3x will return but it's couldn't happen with me I have booked tickets 892 cost but ticket is not confirmed and money have returned just 535 not 3x

unnecessarily delay the train, no difference of reservation and general coach even T.C. notice some passangers have general ticket no action taken. becoz of that reserved passagers facing issue

The train was good. But near bhokar someone stole my phone near bhokar. so many people travel without a ticket in sleeper class. IRCTC should take strict action against them. otherwise this will continue and passengers will suffer.

Train band kar do ye.nahi achi lagi train,,paani wale bohot aaye...ek buddi se meri nani ka jhagda b hua.meri beti ko khelne nahi mila train me,meri behen pura sote hue aayi choti wali,uske aadmi ne bhelpuri khilaya train gandi nazar aaye to uska zimmedar mera bhaijaan urf Bhaijaan A pichku......ek he service achi lagi train rukne k baad rashid uncle lene aaye

There is no use in making our reservation because there are many unreserved passengers and waiting passengers. Yesterday not a single TC came to check the ticket and we were disturbed throughout the night. There should be as many people as there are seats in the bogie. There are people in the middle of the toilet. People are just people in the bogie. Why do you put so many people in the bogie? We cannot even sleep comfortably.

Was not really a good experience of night travel for me and my family. The train had an clumsy smell and toilets were worst. The smell was intolerant. Overall quite good but still can be improved.
