One of the worst sleepless journey
sooo sad
is that reservation coaches or general coaches
where ever you see the unreserved ticket holders will be sleeping in the seat which we have reserved
not even one TT OR TC came to check and noo one cleared the unreserved ticket holders from the coach

i dint get tickets confirm ixigo train book they ditected my Money no full refund.this situation very bad if we don't have money for alternative train ticket money please don't do this ........for passengers any cancellation please intimate before 3days .....

Worst ! I travelled with an aged patient wife in train no.19311 on 10.07.2022. Lot of un booked passengers were sleeping near the toilet, where I felt very difficult in taking my wife to the toilet during night time

It was all stinking, there ws no water in taps in toilets and there was no patrolling official from train..all unreserved ppl hd occupied th bougie n sleeping on th floor everywhere. Better to send the bougies to coach care centre for renovation

Inspite of booking one month in advance the ticket get confirmed as RAC only. How the people with children should travel. You don't have the mechanism to increase the capacity based on demand or temporary new train arrangement should be done as its festival season. Always look for loot people. Just for your profitability charge for full birth but confirm into RAC. Shame on IRCTC

After toilets are upgraded to biotoilets the whole train having the very bad smell, even in running So please check the technology of Biotoilets.

coaches are became old, outdated.no water pressure in toilets and in out side basin even though orally noticed to on duty TTE get rectified before Kalburgi stn.at least get rectified at wadi.regrett to inform the management that TTE'duty is changing in wadi stn.Duty over TTE not taken any cognizence of thlye complaint. and also ,newly joined tte taken he also taken any response.

I have not used the ticket TTE put fine because I booked the Tatkal ticket which was in waiting list. TTE told your ticket has been droped. He said, Amount will be credit in my account.
