i booked from solapur hassan exp
for my regular travel Mantralayam to yeshvanthpur as per waiting list in your alternate plan was Solapur to yeshvanthpur(Ypr) so i booked from solapur, TICKET CONFIRMATION DONE BY RAC, we boarded from Mantralayam we entered our train S1 coach 23 23 39 39 other person slept in our seat so we asked that person leave our place, that person said us don't disturb me TC has Allacoted me to sleep hear, I spoke to TC how can other person can sear in our bookings, tc has directly said us your booking has canceled, how can he cancel my tickets this is worst management by TC, TC DIDN'T response, as per your alternate plan suggestion plan I booked, senior and female passenger are experienced bad journey

Ticket is partially confirmed whereas payment of two seats were done...it's unfair for the passengers to pay full payment of 2AC tickets and yet we don't get berth

seat selection is not good ,,my mother she was 65 years old ,,but u got seat in upper class ,,its so defficult to sleep upper birtha ,,co passenger not be adjusted for one seat ,,pls provide birth on whom u can used

One of the worst sleepless journey
sooo sad
is that reservation coaches or general coaches
where ever you see the unreserved ticket holders will be sleeping in the seat which we have reserved
not even one TT OR TC came to check and noo one cleared the unreserved ticket holders from the coach

i dint get tickets confirm ixigo train book they ditected my Money no full refund.this situation very bad if we don't have money for alternative train ticket money please don't do this ........for passengers any cancellation please intimate before 3days .....

Worst ! I travelled with an aged patient wife in train no.19311 on 10.07.2022. Lot of un booked passengers were sleeping near the toilet, where I felt very difficult in taking my wife to the toilet during night time

It was all stinking, there ws no water in taps in toilets and there was no patrolling official from train..all unreserved ppl hd occupied th bougie n sleeping on th floor everywhere. Better to send the bougies to coach care centre for renovation

coaches are became old, outdated.no water pressure in toilets and in out side basin even though orally noticed to on duty TTE get rectified before Kalburgi stn.at least get rectified at wadi.regrett to inform the management that TTE'duty is changing in wadi stn.Duty over TTE not taken any cognizence of thlye complaint. and also ,newly joined tte taken he also taken any response.

I have not used the ticket TTE put fine because I booked the Tatkal ticket which was in waiting list. TTE told your ticket has been droped. He said, Amount will be credit in my account.
