if food order is done on the train online by the help of Zoop or etc.or any Restaurant who takes the food order should actively respond and reply to the message. Otherwise the Train Facility and cleanliness is ok and the Punctuality is on the Top.👌

Punctuality is zero. No cleaning is done throughout the entire journey. Four to seven hours delay is the norm in either direction which I traveled.
