boogies are worst /toilet are tiled so high /highted person can be hit /Coach compartment needed to be changed /with new boogies /after paying for 2ac getting 2nd sleeper feeling/2nd class boogies they are better/ have to be done

I am writing this issue continuously that in this train from dadar and thane to Kalyan people with unreseved ticket occupy the sleeper, AC coaches and the people with tickets are suffering alot with this issue. what are the TCs doing what is Indian railways doing??? Is the duty of TC after Kalyan???? People do this because of the relaxation by the department. Resolve this issue of over crowding of people with unreseved tickets.

use less train, is this express or passenger train, being express train it stop in small undeserved station also. worthless train.

Had no food. but train quality needs to improve a lot. There is no clear display or announcement in Thane station as which platform it comes

please remove this cc type it's not suitable for long journey there only requirement of SL class and cc takes same fare as compare with SL class and there is no space for luggage also. people are sleeping on floor in train

when the Train start one hour late how it will reach on time. mismanaged everything. Even AC started after the train started
