Everything was good...
but the platform number was wrong... in the app it was showing platform no 4..... bt the train was on platform no 1.... rest everything was fine

this was the worst trip. this train has absolutely no punctuality, it is always giving way to other trains. The train left Mumbai 3 hours late and reached Goa 5 hours late. The railways should compensate passengers. The railway minister should be told that Vande Bharat and Rajdhani are not the only trains running in the country.
The food was awful better to carry from outside and the train is reaching at all odd timings so no food available. Avoid this train as far as possible

Train was a Initially delayed by 40 minutes at origin, however Railway authorities decided to delay further by siding the train to give way for other morning trains thereby delaying further by 4 hrs :30 mins

Train was late for 6 hrs from the starting destinations and there was no prior information for it ,waiting at the platform was a chaos with no announcement for how much time it is delayed just imagine waiting for 6hrs with no clue whether the train will come or not and what after wait of 6 hrs train have got cancelled, the destination we reached 6 hrs late .Moreover the railway toll free no were not reachable

no water in bathroom untidy bathroom no bedsheet food is not boil proper n train was 6hrs late + many signals made more 3 hrs late.

Train started very late about 3 hours late and reach Karmali at 4.30.pm. Very very late from it's regular arrival time 11.30.am.
Attender was too good as I was alone he helped to unloading my baggage.

Train expected time 00:45 am, it arrived at 5:00 and started at 6:00 am. Food was below average. Train washroom were in pathetic condition no cleaning was done properly even the after supervisor checking there was no proper cleaning done. 0 stars for all departments.
