Worst experience. I booked a 3A ticket and got the side upper seat I wished for, but there was a mouse in the gap beside the berth. Its tail touched my face — such a horrible experience after spending ₹1,139 for this ticket. Railways should check the compartments and ensure they are neat and clean. The train was delayed by 4 hours and 15 minutes in reaching Udupi. Such a bad experience in the Poorna Express.

There are so many people who come and sit in my seat they don't have the tickets where your TTR goes. Why don't you charge any case for unauthorised people. Who gives the permission to sit in reserved seats.

Don't go with this Train No.11098 POORNA EXPRESS.
This train is diverted between MADGAON and PUNE.
It takes a new route via RATNAGIRI, PANVEL and Pune.
This train takes more time to reach the destination... always running 7 to 8 hours late.
DON'T USE THIS TRAIN.

very very old coach.,travelled in 2AC...seat ends are full of dust and very untidy in the gaps...with AC and dust caught severe cold before reaching Pune...kindly try to use the clean coaches.

no punctuality , no clean and 90? of mob charge switch is not working and make sure light and water in toilet works
unnecessary holding train in Londa junction only food is good but costly, service of food very good
