This times experience was very bad.Tatkal tkt booking time for AC was closed at 10 am.So unabled to book tatkal tkt.So this app is uselesa for Tatkal ykt.It was very urgrnt for me to book a tatkal tkt bt i was helpless at 10 am.

AC coaches are clean and tidy, the mattress and cushion quality and cleanliness needs to be improved though.
