3rd class staff. Chart preparation system is just a nightmare. They make u seat anywhere even if I r with a single or pregnant lady they gives upper seats and very far from ylsame ticket passengers.

Very bad administration on pune station, they haven't displayed the platform no well before they just announced it 15 mins before the train departure as all the passengers waiting out started rushing towards platform at the same time and pune station has only one pool which connects all platform, it was similar to hell to cross that bridge with luggage

Washroom was soo filthy that it was impossible to use it. Infact, coach was too untidy and full of dirt to sleep in. " ASWACHH BHARTIYA RAIL "
