ट्रेन को नाम नाही रख सकते लेकीन sleeper coach की कंडीशन जेनेरल दिब्बे जेसी हे ना टीसी ध्यान देते हे ना पोलिस ध्यान देते हे बहुत भंगार सर्व्हिस बुत भिड जेसे लगता है की जनेराल ही दिब्बा है कूच तो बदल अना चाहीहे अगर टीसी सुधर जये तो सब अच्छा होगा टीसी ही कमिशन खाते हे तो भिड तो होगीही

If the train is running late then the passenger should know about it. This information is not given by you guys. It is not normal for the train to be late by 8-9 Hrs, due to which the second train I had missed and I had made a reservation for it.Who will reimburse both my time and money because your train is late?

The bogie position displayed at Jalgaon station was far different from the actual position. People had to rush beyond ten compartments having luggage in hand. This was very troublesome

No needed for confirm ticket even better if you don't have ticket. Local huge amount of passengers will board like its general class. TC doesn't cares about ticket, if you tell him i have pass he will not think to ask you to show him pass. worst

big problem seat why government has not taking a care of customers I booked two so seat but they convert in rac seat not a one seat confirm so sad rail government how get dalal reservation it's a shame for Indian railway no budy take care reservation seat like a passenger

In upper berth, cooling was so high that i could not sleep for even an hour.I spent whole night in shivering in cold. Cockroches were also over there.(This was the incident of returning from Allahabad to Bhopal on 28.12.2018)
The same incident was happened when i was going to Allahabad from Bhopal Junction on 22.12.2018.
Not only I but also all the co passengers were complaining for the same. I am not satisfied with the services.Please make improvement.

Very bad over punctuality. It is too late to reach LTT with family at night. Very bad experienced two times. i.e. forward journey also we reached bhadhoi(BOY) after 12:00 Hrs at night. May be punctual after my comments.

Cleanness of the train is very poor
water is also not available in the toilet
passengers are suffering from many issues

1.My mother is 71yrs old she is allotted side upper birth.
2.vendors were charging Rs 20/-for 1ltr water bottle and Rs50 for Miranda cold drink in stead of Rs40.
3.water ln latrine at one end of A coach and adjacent sleeper coach was not available.
4.watter bottles were sold by attendent staff.

4) lady passanger are poor baby hagies puting in toilet

Bad coach attendants's behaviour. They are neither polite nor prompt. Arrogant and crooked ones. They started collecting back all beddings forcefully from Nashik for senior citizen and ailing patients no mercy. Argumentative and combative behaviour of coach attendents marked the Journey.
