very disappointed train third ac coach is very horrible washroom is not clean very smelly. no one look for coach 3rd ac. koi bhi ghus Raha Hain general coach se aur door k pass bhid Hui Hain.

Rail authority misuse of power whole preparing chart. While allotting berth Rail authority not taking senior citizen's issue. Waitlisted allotted berth and RAC senior citizen's not allotted berth, these passengers are put in again RAC only. Why ?

my worst experience till now in train journey I have booked a 2 Tier AC but it looks like a general class AC is not working and coach is 15 years old. now I know why people say Indian railway is worst in services

more than 3 hour's late train reached Dadar,,,had to wait until morning first train to reach Goregaon , very frustrated with knee pain to stay awake whole night , have claimed TDR as per railways rules for Full refund if train has reached 3 hour's late to destination, plus suffering was bonus. let's hope will get refund and I promise will never travel in this train in futur 😔☝️ Jay Maa Bijason 🌹🙏🌷🕉️🚩🔱

train running late by 4 hrs which is always not acceptable. usually indian railway just doing nothing in this cases they just want focus on vande bharat trains and their time punctuality but what about other trains they also provide and contribute towards the wealth of indian railway so it's kind request to.look into such manner otherwise no one will remain faith in indian railway

this train needs more improvement - cleanliness wise it's good, but everytime we see without ticket persons travel in reserve coaches and no action is taken, it's mainly happens from MadhyaPradesh to New Delhi. Due to without ticket persons, our luggage is also in danger of getting theft. So, if someone is reading this, should take action again this.

worst train, driver, and train managment, according to every traveller in train, train was running only 25 minutes late till BAGLI STATION, after that बुलशीत driver hold the train for more than 1 hour their, and bcoz of that I missed my train,

unreserved passengers catches sits in reserved sleeper class coach but the never came to move them to there respective coach, it is totally disappointed, grabbing reserved seat by unreserved passengers

Worst train it was delayed by 4 hours and almost in every stoppage the trsin has to wait for some at the outer for signal became a regular feature. The wind shield system has become written I was in S3 8 wind was coming through the body as there was a gap in sunmica joints. Worst experience .

best service but Bhusawal to Thane no ticket people with big vegetable, nim patta, Bel pool goods.then no place door to seat and seat to door and washroom toilets. ticket checker setting all vegetable journey member

Train running 15 min late at Jalgaon station, further near vaghali station they stopped the train & passed 06 trains one by one.its so horrible and after that train have to reach 8.35 pm at chalisgaon junction it reached at 11 pm.so terrific journey. further near Nasik station it again stopped and 2- 3 train again passed.Had to reach Thane station at 3.30 am reached 7.15 am.so horrible journey

Train reached most of the stations before time but reached destination late, why? With little more planning trains can cover distance faster and reach destinations much earlier, saving time and energy of everyone. Especially beneficial for the railway staff, passengers travel once, but it's a daily affair for the railway staff on board, Thanks. 4*
