worst ever experience in the life of my train journey
neither the train was on time.. there was no difference between the general and AC couch... the train started from noon 12 and the tc came to check the tickets the next day

services including house keeping and cleaning are in worst condition, in toilet water logging is seen and hand washing liquid is not provided in M1 bogie in Godan express on 12th July.

No pantry car in this train . Stoppage is very long and that too for just 5 minutes so pantry car is must in this train. Also my coch AC was very low cooling aa sometimes was feeling hot starting from the boarding point and it got resolved at Igatpuri after numerous complaint. The house keeping staff was managing the AC technician was not available.when I finally complaint on 139 then technician came and it was resolved.

The train was punctual One Think is missing That is Pantry car is not available so out side hawker sale the water bottle of 20 rupees instead Of 15 And Over all is good

it's very bad experience to buy confirmtkt site...they deduct my 50% amount for cancellation charges... it's so bad it's almost 850 rupees deduct very bad service never buy confirmtkt

No pantry car. Catering services available at in between stations are very very poor.
Bed Rolls, Pillow Covers & Towels are provided only on demand which is not justified.

please see cleanliness in sleeper class... well service was better but when junction came time the person come to clean washroom and they in too hurry doing these thing.... please take care of it.....
