Train is very clean but canteen staff is very very bad very roundly behavior and my train no 11042 and PNR no 4708805177 and water bottle mrp 15/-per qty but canteen staff is train 20/- sale per qty my experience is very bad plz call 9921647092 canteen Manger not allowed the train
sorry but in Tatkal booking why u reserve waiting ticket... railway TC told that ur waiting ticket systematically cancelled and amount refund in ur amount in ur account ...is it correct?

Avoid vendors in AC coaches.Don't delay in reaching the stations it disturbs passengers schedule of other programmes.
Food quality to be improved.
Toilets are smelly and it will be good if hand showers are provided even for Indian style toilets too.
boggies are to old need to replace with good cushion , middle bearth clamps too old need to replace, toilets are old
I couldn't take photos, but the latrines were stinking, compartment not clean, orally complaint which was not attended, rather ignoring to do so, not a good experience overall
Very Bad Experience.The boogie S6 in which we were traveling had no water in wash basin and in toilets.Toilets were also very dirty and stinking. Window Glass shutters were also not getting closed properly.
The punctuality 11042 of train was good, and that the little bit need to improve cliningness. And as well as food hygiene & quality.
Sweeper sweeping not properly Just show . He Throw the garbage outside the door in running train, Electrical plug for Charging Mobile not in seating area.
Full coach was over crowded with waitinglist & ordinary ticket passenger, ticket checker has not taken any action .very bad experience
