The boggies are too old l& outdated, actually they they must be scrapped instead of using. Toilet pots filled with iron rust. most of the boggies should be scrapped now.

extra extra over crowd,, very discusting...very poor administration TC, it's only work collection of money without ticket person.same ..
In this train no space at list putup feet..what I say during journey how suffer all passenger..

unnecessarily crowd to be forbidden Incase of waiting.Being a RAC holder i was unable to occupy a half seat that i have reserved due to waiting list holders.
other pblm is that all the door were closed at the boarding stn that is at allahabad,i was unable to board ,i boarded through another coach still i was unable to walk bcoz all the waiting holders were lying on the coach track.that is the draw back of all nepali,and bihari bhai.so atleast reserved person to be able to accupy the seat well in time.
Hope for the best .

cleanliness is not appropriate and even the A/C attendent were least bothered to handover tawels etc.

rats and cockrach are their in train.rat has destroyed my bag very badly..Please do something regarding cleaning .

no TC & police till Itarsi. No water in toilet in full journey. coach is full by local public like general Bogie. TC & police said, I can't do anything. Pankaj Agarwal. 8605016891

I had travel from varanasi to pune but The toilet is very poor and no body staff had to came and clean the toilet.plz improve this issue and it's better for coming passengers .
