no tc came to check the tickets , all general ticket holders and with no ticket get in sleeper class. it's a horrible journey. can't even put a leg in down. can't go to the washroom. full pack with people.

we got only one seat for 3 people . my child , wife and me , we got only one seat because of RAC seat but when we booked the ticket , the availability shows 92 available seats but we got RAC seat so I humbly request you to send me the feedback of this issue

Train was Not maintained windows and chairs are not proper.. hygiene in toilets are worsen.
Trash dustbin was full.
Don't know why Train is late by almost 1 hour.

Very poor state of coaches. no charging sockets in chair car. Other compartments it was not working.
coaches were dirty. extremely disappointed with Kitna express. looks, like this route is second citizens.

yesterday my train bogi was D4, after general compartment, I couldn't enter in my bogi bcoz of full of rush , waste my money, so many reservation people's can't enter in train, it's was unacceptable from Indian railways ๐ก๐ก๐ก

third class service and third class train, please when you take tickets fare for AC compartment then give at least clean washroom, clean bedsheets to passenger

The Koyna Express, which left Kolhapur at 8:15 am, recently lost its engine at Miraj station. It took about an hour and a half to get there, so it was very embarrassing for the passengers.

80% seats are damaged in c2 compartment Koyna Express 11030
very painful journey. toilet water tank leakage water drain out passage and gangway and footboard. Train driver is very sincer and skilled. our rail madad staff and TTE very helpful . THANKS IRCTC

Cleanliness in the coach was well maintained. Water in the toilet got over. AC cooling not upto the required mark. Train halts at almost all stations every 15 mins. Pantry is required considering it's a 12 hour journey
