Train coaches get old and require proper maintenance or required to replace with new coaches.Due to old coaches lot of unwanted noise, lot of movement at high speed are found, so difficult to sleep during journey.

please make sure that pasangers without ticket dose not boards the train ! all people were sitting in the open space in the train it's very inconvenient for us all traveling

Train was delayed almost 50mins. And need too maintain clean bad smell is coming continuously during journey apart of that train is good. And gaurds are also there for safety thank you IRCTC

Train seems like late in the start but arrived before scheduled time in chennai. Goes like super fast and compartments were clean. Only problem is food quality was horrible.

TT in solapur allowed one seat to 2 unreserved passengers, which may dangerous to other passenger's. We are travelling with children's which cause nuesseince to us while traveling, CR should take action on these TT who is make CR down by taking bribes.

very very worst second class sleeper....every general ticket peoples irritating reservation coach passengers two night and a day no rest and even unable to access rest room because of over crowded unreserved peoples. no ticket examiner and no police no rpf. totally waste

started 4hrs lately but by the time it came to our station it was late by another 2.15 hrs. which made me to wait upto 2.30 am instead of 8.15pm and which made me loose my proper sleep and late to office salary deduction

Very very bad food served in pantry, and services is very bad, my child got food position since rice is not cooked fully.., it cost rs.120 and making us to buy food compulsory.. , if not server acting rudely... Must take action

found rats in the train in 2nd AC, and 50 minutes late (late may be lots of reasons ) food less in quantity and quality also less but high in price, worst housekeeping (cleaning), please try to provide suger less tea or coffee for senior citizens who have diabetes

up to 12.30 tikit cheaker taken mony give it to sit to un reseved person.rsc not clear fast.
