"I recently traveled by AC Chair Car and had a smooth and comfortable journey. The seating was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The air conditioning kept the coach cool throughout, which made the experience relaxing. Train was mostly on time, and the onboard staff was polite. Ideal for daytime travel. Would definitely choose AC Chair Car again for similar routes."

train is best but all the 700 kilometres
no one Ticket collecter not came
and the genral ticket person are came in to my couch and sitting with me and behave like the owner on the train Rudly Behave on me for sitting on my seat

SS just like Gen.coach troublesome..No any Rly working staff available since Dep to Arrival..Regretted staff service s...No use of reservation done by public..Worst rail managements...Delay 2.30he's?

if railway provide push pull service to this train so 1 hr will be reduced of panvel station. make it superfast and provide sleeper coach as well

Train should not go to Panvel it should rather go to Kalyan directly from Karjat it will save a lot of time of people's. Sleeper seats should be there

The train route was changed from November 2019, then why are you open booking at Kalyan station i want to my booking amount and you are not refund to me this amount then i will PIL for consumer Court

Are train agar kuch din ke liye cancel hoti hai to ap log ticket book karte samay dikhate q nahi. Mera paisa to gaya lekin mujhe station pe Jane ke bad pata chala ki train kai Dino Se band hai.

when the train didn't came to Pune station as it was diverted from daund and I didn't travel but I paid for tickets and I was said that your ticket can't be cancelled is it a way to make money by Railway very sad but not Railway fault but the system made by them to take money in Advance but no system to give back automatically as it's clearly seen that the train is not coming to Pune and my ticket was from Pune

No announcement at Chinchwad stn. About bogie arrangement. At Chinchwad stn bogie position was wrong. So please intimate to stn master of Chinchwad fly stn.
