Very bad smell in sleeper and train was stop anywhere betwwen two station at day & night..
My experience was so bad also at Station because their was no Cleanness.

the worst train for Mumbai route .
any TTE didn't come in the coach . service is also very poor . water is no available in toilets .

bathroom water supply band hai bathroom chok hai gaadi baash aati hai sirf coach clean hai ghosh caters wale prize se jyada paise leta hai

I got a confirm ticket in train but has to adjust due to waiting list ticket holders and local people all along the trip. But no GRP personnel or TTE get them off.

Cleanliness is good, water supply in bathrooms are poor. Train is running late hence connecting train already departed and suffered lot of inconvenience.

The condition of toilet is very poor. No cleaning in toilet.
Even asking the pantry staff is not serving the Rail neer water bottle.

Train ke catering (canteen) waale ek number k chor hain. 7 Rs. ki chai 10 me dete hain aur khaana bhi apne rate se mehenga dete hain

1. Toilet always dirty, due to flush not properly fuction.
2. Must have mug in every toilet for wash & mug must be tight by chain.
3. Water jammed in some of basin.
