As per my opinion train must reach at pune before 1.00 am or 4.00 am it will help to PCMC area residents for convenient of local transport vehicles

the train is old one and flush buttons are not working in this train and so many general ticket people come and sit in reserved seats... that's a big problem here and the most imp is flush bouttons

The train is fine but the bathroom should be clean.
And the train was full of garbage, complete garbage.
That's why I didn't like the train.

Quality of tea is like hot water for taking 10 rs giving hot water with sugar is not acceptable and whenever I book seats will be alloted near bathroom even the is closed its smells it's very annoying can't sleep

The washroom was worst... Worst of all... Not well maintained.. It was not flushing at all.. Though asked several times to clean.. It was not cleaned.. Worst experience... Please improvise on this

Food is of very poor quality and served by unknown vendors. IRCTC authorised vendors cud not be seen after Bengaluru. Tgefis no check on this inspite of TTE staff moving in the train.

Don't buy food sold by vendors coz we got stale food. Instead you can book food from irctc app which allows options from Dominos and other registered vendors.

my ticket was in PQWL but I was not able to decide from your aap my ticket will get confirm or not ,so I had taken help of trainmain.com they are giving option of Trends ,so I request you please add like that features in your aap .
