very poor, charging point is only one for 2 seats which is not working, AC is not being maintained, there is no contact numbers is placed near seats to complaint about AC and switch points.

at last moment they cancelled train ticket and I paid free cancellation fee also but they deducted money from paid amount (600) charges

none of the apps gave the accurate running status of the train including confirmtkt.
unable to close window on the lower birth had to freeze and travel through out the journey.

lot of cockroj in every seats unable to sleep..

train is taking too much if time and kept stopped in many stations / on the way unnecessarily. Running time may be reduced.

Train staff and attended were not done there duty properly,there were some food was dumped on my seat,i politely told the attended to clean,but he did not clean,I have to clean myself.very bed experience......

Very unclean and unhygienic state of affairs. Smelly place. Toilet was horrible. The people who pay to travel in AC deserve better. Very pathetic
