I am extremely disappointed with the railway authorities. Despite having reserved Sleeper tickets, my family and I faced severe harassment as numerous general-ticket passengers occupied our reserved berths and refused to move even after repeated requests. The coach was overcrowded, and several passengers were intoxicated, making the journey stressful and unsafe for families.
The TTE failed to take proper action. I also witnessed an incident where a TTE allegedly accepted ₹60 to allow a passenger to sit in the reserved coach. This raises serious concerns about corruption and negligence.
I demand a proper investigation and strict action against those responsible. Why should passengers pay for reservations if the Railways cannot protect their seats, comfort, and safety?

विषय: आरक्षित तिकीट असूनही योग्य आसन न मिळणे व नंदिग्राम एक्सप्रेसमध्ये कोच कमी केल्याबाबत तक्रार
महोदय,
मी नंदिग्राम एक्सप्रेसचे आरक्षित तिकीट काढले होते. जास्त भाडे भरूनही मला RSC सीट (S1-155) देण्यात आली. मात्र त्या सीटवर आधीच दुसरा प्रवासी बसलेला होता. त्यामुळे मला मोठा मनस्ताप आणि गैरसोय सहन करावी लागली.
तसेच, नंदिग्राम एक्सप्रेसमध्ये नवीन कोच लावताना काही कोच कमी करण्यात आले आहेत. त्यामुळे गाडीत प्रचंड गर्दी होत असून आरक्षित प्रवाशांनाही उभे राहून प्रवास करावा लागत आहे. ही परिस्थिती अत्यंत त्रासदायक आहे.
कृपया या प्रकरणाची चौकशी करून आरक्षित प्रवाशांना योग्य आसन उपलब्ध करून द्यावे तसेच गाडीतील कोचची संख्या वाढवून गर्दी कमी करण्यासाठी आवश्यक ती कार्यवाही करावी.

un reserved passengers entering into reserved compartments is very bad. Though TC seeing the situation not sending them out. please look into this matter

Thread class train, not clean, full local train, junral tiket use public in tarval reservation class, loud sound in mobile use, and may more problems. No RPF police come no tc coming.. Very bad experience

voh train ek dam bekar train hain aur voh train pura general ho jata hain q log general ka ticket reservation sleeper mei chadd jaate hain aur voh toda jagah doh baithne doh mei next station pr utrunga ya ya tk hu mei so please isko toda sa tik karo aur tc bhi kuch nhi kr paate hain

I just want to say that the traveller has travelling without ticket and sit on sleeper class and we said to go from here they are like you didn't book a train and they are so redicul people i have face the problem to many time I think all have faces it so please fix this problem 🙏
