The maintenance of the toilets is substandard and highly unhygienic, and the attendant displayed unprofessional conduct and an inappropriate attitude. Furthermore, despite my booking in First AC, unauthorized passengers from the general compartment were present, consuming tobacco products and smoking, which resulted in significant discomfort. Given that I was traveling with a post-operative patient, I urge Indian Railways to address these serious concerns and take appropriate corrective action.

worst experience in train for the first my bag was stolen in train I'm in S4 some unreserved person came in S4 and they slept in moring upto 4.30 am bag was there in S4 only after 6am bag was stolen in nanded
