the dumbest technicians in the train. I complained regarding the charging point he gave me another one in his cabin. why should I pay for this then?

10115 Bandra–Madgaon Exp (19 Sept, boarded Vasai 8:15am):
AC A1 is a disgrace – toilets filthy/no water, berths full of garbage, staff careless, no security at all. My 57yr old mother is forced to travel isolated for 12+ hrs till Madgaon (last stop). How can seniors be treated this way? Shameful @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @WesternRly.

The trainis running with less than 60% of his capacity.
Then also the bathroom are not clean over the seat full dust n someplace muddy ..

The train schedule was too long. there was no taste in the food we ate(egg biryani). it was just rice and masala. no onion tadka or salt or taste maker.

two confirmed tickets in B1 SL still TC fine rs. 1660/- only traveller changed because some family issue....I have lost my confirmed tickets including fine charges too...this is worst 😔 I had ever seen

Train late by 1 hour 30 mins. I have not seen sweeper after boarding at pnvl. boggy was clean but passenger's don't have manners to clean and travel.

The upper coach is not comfortable even when climbing stairs is very risky.. otherwise AC is good, cleaning service is very nice

I had an end to end journey from bandra terminus to madgaon and the train was 56 minutes late exactly. the toilets were a slight problem where water was collected on the floor but after telling the staff they cleared it so no problem, also there is no pantry boogie only side - pantry is available so slightly high price

Toilets were not locking. Handwas bottle was empty.
