Toilets are very dirty and need to be cleaned at intervals. Its really difficult to travel in Christmas time as wait listed passengers sit all over n inside the toilet entrance causing inconvenience to other confirmed seaters

first time ever found good food in Indian railways, offcourse I am talking about trains other than Premium one. Great work by IR.

tickets are not checked,and hence there was lot of rush in the compartment, other passengers entered in the bogie and slept in the pathway.it was very difficult to go. for toilet.there was no bogie conductor and hence persons are sleeping on our birth and refuses to get up from there., arguing that they are travelling from starting point of the train. There should be proper ticket checking even during peak period. what's the use of paying heavy charges and wasting time for reservation.

There were plenty of cocktoaches roaming on the seat berths and flooring. The toilets were stinking n unclean. 3 AC compartments and this state , not accepted

both my going and coming tickets were not confirmed.. i want my money nack.. this is cheating. you take money for the takhal tickets and then i dont get any ticket to go.

I ordered online food from IRCTC vendor M/s RailRestro App on 14th July 2019 at about 1600hrs. From Karmali Rly station for two persons. Order no 22680927 for Rs. 246.75 which was supposed to be delivered at Ratnagiri Station. At Ratnagiri no delivery was made and when I phoned the concerned they said that restaurant was closed and call the next day. Myself and friend slept without food that night. Only they sent me OTP no on my cell to be declared to the concerned supplier person but nobody turned out. In some case the network was having tremendous problem. In this case the said vendor should have contacted me since he was having my details of the same. Catering services this way will have bad reputation for IRCTC and some responsible railway officcer should have some random and surprise checks for the same.

Need food menu card display & dust bin location & to use it to announce in each platform. It's my kokan don't spoil beautiful environment

Bad Experience there was a Tsunami in the Boogie who were of the general boogie got into S11 and were sleeping on the floor pls do something to make Night trvl comfortable.

Cleanliness Never in this train toilet , seat, every where insects All General Person in SL No place to walk we have lot of trouble in this TRAIN pl insure Add one more train there is Double Travels in Konkan Kanya No Help of TC or Any Kind Due to Public Dont Lisent to Anyone. pl improve Cleanliness, Try To Add One More Train to CST to Madgoan Return.

the train was full of crowd.and all general coach proples were sleeping down on sleeper class.so we even has no chance to go to bathroom
