toilets are stinky,and nobody to clean or responsible for.that is a number displayed but there has to be accountability and ownership of the job which the attendant has to perform.TC WAS VERY RUDE when we arrived at the dadar station,no smile and the way he asked our tickets as if we did crime and we are on police station.coupe was dirty with pan masala spitt on the entrance door from inside .curtains were smelling .

Not Same seat
The seat and coach lay out was not showing on aap
The ticket is off 3AE economy class the seat are given in the slpeer coach while booking their was show Ac economy seat and coach

in m2 coach general compartment in connected need to solve that issue because that door are open on journey time and general compartment passenger are use m2 coach toilets tha is not a very good for m2 passenger

Train was not punctual at all.
Arrived approx 30 mins late and departed about an hour late.
Train reached the destination around 3 hours late.
Also there was no proper cleanliness in the washroom as there were small cockroaches all over the commode.
The Bed sheet was not in the package and looked used.
Please maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene as well as punctuality.

food was not tasty I ordered bread butter with cutlet. the breads didn't have butter & cutlet were super dry. lunch time I ordered chicken fried rice & chicken Manchurian.the fried rice wasn't tasty nor it was prepared in a Chinese way.. no taste. the Manchurian balls were dry and gravy was very diluted sorry but the pantry needs proper inspection

IRCTC must thing about konkan region and give atleast best option to choose for as we have always get frusted as we never get confirm seats then never get space in general compartment.

Train no 10103 Mandovi express is to late actual time to reach at Margao is 19:10 still train at thivimn station and timings to reached at Margao 21:30 it means near to three hours train late its ridiculous

My experience was that I felt cheated by Not Confirmed Ticket App till the end.While booking you show one number and later when booking is done we like fools have to wait till the chart is prepared or book a second ticket and loose our money

pathetic experience, trains ran were 5hours late without any notice on confirm ticket app...both senior citizens were petrified..it was horrible experience for them

My seat was changed from S2 49 to B4 47 in AC compartment all sudden. There no absolute communication of it... It was a big argument from TC to the actual seat alloted passenger in the middle of the journey.... Pathetic experience...
