The platform from vasai was just so pathetic condition so dirty and then the train no lights no fan when asked they just said 3 boggie were affected 😡then comes the time delayed for 2 hours very sad to reach at 2 pm when the train time to reach was at 11 am

Overall, the train experience is very poor. Cleanliness is not maintained, the toilets are in very bad condition, and the AC is not functioning properly.

in CC coach I realised the dirty smell of Rat urine from the air condition's air. It's very harmful for the human body. Kindly clean all things.
