Travelled on 02 Mar 26 from Pune to Valsad. The train was late at Pune and reached at Valsad at 4 hrs 30 min late.....Whene I read the privious comments it was seen that this train is habitual late commer. Ministry of train should take to suspend this train from its operations. Jai hind

WORST TRAIN EXPERIENCE EVER! 2 TIER AC should be one of the premium coaches/cabins but instead we got 1 charging port per 6 seats, mosquitoes, flies and unattended cabins.
Drunk IRCTC Staff causing problems and creating nuisance. 2000+ INR for this terrible experience!
And after all of that TRAIN IS CONSTANTLY LATE TO EVERY STATION! AND THE DELAY KEEPS INCREASING!
Reached Kalyan Jn. 1:30 hrs late.
Vasai Road atleast 2 hrs late.

worst experience ever...we have booked seats unknowingly that this train get always late..we were going to tirupati tirumala by this train.nd we miss our darshan.this train was 5 30 hours late.. that is the reason that we miss the darshan and they flop our trip.not only that time.this train was late from tirupati to Ahmedabad also.on time train was arrived.but again it was taking that stations or places was not only listed.it was stopping in mid ways.worst worst worst experience ever.they call this train super fast.but we experience it like it's super slow.like worst than local trains.

one of the most worst experience in my life by booking for this train.
delay by 5 hours without any reason..even local train runs on time and speed instead of this 09420.
requesting not to book.

this is the seventh time travel Villupuram to Mumbai,but most of train really good time keeping,food quality and training cleaning maintenance,but any one not came and check the rest room an sitting place good or not.very very disappointment for the train.time keeping also delay

I read bad reviews before I travelled with this train.but my experience is different ,this train is not bad as that mentioned in earlier comments..I saw it's clenliness, punctual of timing, toilet is good.water is also available.food is also available.my experience is good with this train.

The train was delayed by almost 2 hours. The toilets were not clean. Bad smell was throughout all toilets. The staff are moving but they don’t care about toilet cleaning.

Train got delayed by more than 3 hours at the arrival and more than 4.5 hours at the destination.
worst service are being provided by Indian railways

please don't travel in this train . actual reaching time 10.30 Am but it was reached 4.45 PM. For this super fast journey we paid more because it's a special train. Railway department should understand passengers problem. My advice to Railway department Please cancel this type of special trains

it was a very old train, and it was late for more than 2 hours, very bad experience. Since my mother got lower berth being senior citizen, but overall it was bad 👎 experience.
