If you pay so much for a train ticket, then you should book a train accordingly. There is no cleanliness, the bathroom door is broken. If a woman goes to the bathroom, how will she go? How can the railways be so careless? Firstly, tickets are not available, agents are booking them. And the situation is the same even after getting the train ticket

Windows was closed and was not opening due to new colouring to train.
It was very suffocating during summer season

The train reached its destination quite late, it was 3:40 hours late, so I'm not happy with this trip.

Train is already running 3 hours late. don't know how much more is it gonna take. Food is not really good. not great options. Cleanliness and AC are decent

Maintenance is very poor. No water in toilet, charging point not work, no pantry car,...... And many more problems in the train

Train's speed, punctuality cleanliness was good. Staff working , discipline and behaviour with passengers below the rating of poor grade.Need a upgradation. My indication is towards fourth class running staff
