Cleaner was sleeping,
Passengers were trying to awake him from long time, aftet Kalyan passed away, after many passengers scolded him - he woke up and started cleaning. Till than many passengers including myself were just standing near our seat. He was not at all bothered or serious about his job or passengers discomfort

Toilets doors are broken, Ladies have painfull travel.Train is full of dirty, Tidy and bad smell.No water It is very difficult to Travel. Please improve the hygiene.

Train started ( from Pune) very late. Non proper to not inform passengers- specially very early morning. No food serving arrangements were there. please don't repeat this.
