the timing of train is 10:30 AM from mathura , the train was arrived at 12:30 PM very disappointed for time , all the food seller is currently over charging for food, cleanness is good from other train but accepted much better now

please don't opt for this train too bad honestly 3 hours delay and 1 hours delay even before leaving from delhi..pathetic washroom conditions we are paying for such a facility... seriously?

loco pilot deliberately starts the train almost 3 hours from hazarat nizammudin station and makes delay upto 5 hours to reach indore. suggest never book this train waste of time and money.

worst cleaning services, the floors were all wet with lots of water on the floor . even though it started from Indore and we complaint twice for this to be solved to the station master and t.c they only snuggled and nothing happened to be feel good of.
