I had a very disappointing experience with this special train. I had a 2AC ticket, but the AC was not working at all. I complained three times, yet no action was taken. On top of that, the train was delayed by more than 3 hours. Calling it a "special train" is meaningless if even basic facilities are not provided. I expected much better service from Indian Railways.

It's good train, but the coaches are very old and there were no curtains and the ticket prices are very high as compared to normal.

very pathetic experience we are having . we are still in the train and not even reaching Faridabad yet. it's reviews are also very bad . if this Train never reach on time please mention the right time in it's timetable so that people like us who has to to their workplaces on time and have commitments also will never take this train . do mention it's time reaching Delhi 10:30 instead of 5:30. it's a request.

Worst train ever
Even regular passenger train is much better.
unnecessary delay
Poor 2 ac berth with bad interiors.
Waste of money for booking as paid more amount compared to other trains .

the loco pilot deliberately started the train almost after 2 hours from the scheduled time. and wastes 6 hours delay to destination. never book summer special train. third class services

Worst train, delayed by 4 hours. the train leaves at 5 PM from indore and other train leaves at 5:10 PM but which leaves early reach at 9 AM against the timing of 5 AM.
other train reach on time which have less fare. Useless train time wasting.

Pathetic Train Experience in my entire life.
The train was delayed by 3 hours and 30 minutes.
AC is not working properly and Train Coaches are very dirty.

Was late till vadodara late it ran on time so there was no issue. Good for holidays
