Toilet cleaning problem in trian no 09218
(Toilet cleaning is not proper. Cleaning attendant is not available upon search. After long time cleaner was found therefore I pointed out him, he behave rudely, further he treaten me do whatever you want, since last 8 years he is working here, therefore railway authority will not take any action against him)
