> Very poor travel experience. The train was running several hours late and made unnecessary long stops in jungle/remote areas without any information. The coaches were extremely dirty, the toilets were not cleaned, and no housekeeping staff came to clean during the journey. Toilet water was not available even from the originating station. Overall, the cleanliness, punctuality, and passenger service were extremely poor and unacceptable. This was a very disappointing journey.
