we booked tickets from kanpur to Mumbai Central 2 months ago
when I get ready to leave I got msg that train has been diverted now I have to board train from bina it's 650 km away from my home and they didn't gave any replacement of ticket

On the seat M2 - 65 and 67 Ac was not working because someone has removed the wire connecting of Ac. Food ordered in the train was charged high and was not given as per the menu. Punctuality of the train is proper on time.

I am seating at 2 ac of this train and it's just like a sleeper class..any one can come in this coach...local tea..local snacks vendors...
Is this like indian raliway government work.??
