There is no cleaning in choch S5 , lots of durt, Cakroch and ant , so hand wash in toilet.

Whenever the train moves, the entire bogie is shaking, and one good thing is that the cleaning is good but some new and improved things are needed so that the passengers can get comfort, there are mosquitoes also. The window is not working properly, it needs to be fixed.

we booked tickets from kanpur to Mumbai Central 2 months ago
when I get ready to leave I got msg that train has been diverted now I have to board train from bina it's 650 km away from my home and they didn't gave any replacement of ticket

On the seat M2 - 65 and 67 Ac was not working because someone has removed the wire connecting of Ac. Food ordered in the train was charged high and was not given as per the menu. Punctuality of the train is proper on time.

I am seating at 2 ac of this train and it's just like a sleeper class..any one can come in this coach...local tea..local snacks vendors...
Is this like indian raliway government work.??
