train was 3 hour 45 mint late as per schedule...so many passengers without tickets and in the waiting list travelling in the Sleeper coach

I have booked Ac chair car but when I entered in the train.i feel that I got scammed .this train is disaster.Genreal compartment seats are given and no push back seats.it looks like train from 1970.i don't know why govt is still running this type of old trains.only 8 charging switch are there. for 50 people.light remain always on like general compartment.ac and blowers are disaster.train is covering almost 2000 km and there is no pantry in the train.please check this type of old chair car trains where people are travelling for 30 hours sitting on iron bench.

The train doesn't have a pantry. Passengers for food depend upon station food or own homemade food.

it the price they are not providing facilities in the ac coach. it was a horrible journey for me due to the condition of the ac char car coaches . the seats are not suitable it is fix in the frame. your body will be tired and you will fell the back pain also because seats doesn't go back. I have uploaded the seats photo . it is not comfortable for the 20 hour journey you can bearly seats on them 3 to 4 hours maximum. so
