I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate disciplinary action against Mr. Navin Sharma. He needs proper training on how to communicate with passengers, and strict action should be taken to ensure such behaviour is not repeated with any passenger in the future.

please remove punctuality option from feedback.. literally I slept at railway station because my train delay 2 hrs late.. because of this i need to tickets anothers trains tickets.. so I loose my money+ I got trouble at night..
