im single traveler, so i had booked a ticket for side lower birth and i got confirmation of ab1 7 no. side lower birth, and later on its upgraded to ha1 16 no which is showing side lower birth but its upper birth on upper birth and not even on side, i dont know what is the issue,

coaches not clean, toilets door opened,dirty,the attendant are fully drunked, used bedsheet n pillow repacked and given to passanger s , very poor condition of train

I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate disciplinary action against Mr. Navin Sharma. He needs proper training on how to communicate with passengers, and strict action should be taken to ensure such behaviour is not repeated with any passenger in the future.

please remove punctuality option from feedback.. literally I slept at railway station because my train delay 2 hrs late.. because of this i need to tickets anothers trains tickets.. so I loose my money+ I got trouble at night..
