hawkers are allowed or not I don't know if not than why so many hawkers with irctc T SHIRT does all are authorised hawkers if not than its scam I have no problem with poor hawkers but scam can not be tolerated

Break fast needs to be improved as it was not filling at all
Needs lot of changes
Soup was not served at all. Food quantity need to be increased and train was late by nearly 2 hours
In such case there should be a hault at Borivali do that we don't waste time coming back from bandra

Would be useful if the train's time table is changed to arrive at bandra at 7 am instead of 6. The current time table does not allow any cushion time at all.

Train quality is good but not as compared to rajdhani standard. Cleanliness is good, coach quality is good.
Starting punctuality is on time but reaching time always < 1 hour late from both sides.
Food quality: If you are traveling from bandra to nizamuddin then the food quality is good because the contractor is Punjabi Ghasitaram Halwai. Good food, good taste.
But if you're traveling from Nizamuddin side, then please don't expect good food because the food is from Irctc kitchen. Worst food, worst taste. Even one of our co passenger couple was there, they return one meal without opening it. My brother also didn't like it and he left
the food. We both bring the form and lodge complaint also.
Overall train quality is good.

- Cleanliness of Toilet is required at interval of every one - two hours.
- Every time 2 hours late than mentioned in estimated reaching time. You should mention the time which is feasible as per speed of train.
- I do not know why food quality is very bad in all the trains in-spite of we are paying good charge for food.

Talking about cleanliness good but food quality not up to banch mark and train getting late on drop point every time. This is rajdhani so it's should be reach on time.

Toilets should be cleaned every 30minute in respect of the heavy usage . Running of A.C should be maintained as per seasons not to harm senior citizen.

Train was more than 2hrs late without any specific reasons ,also food quality was not up to the mark (not good) .Toilets cleanliness can be improved also toiletries were missing eg. toilet paper etc.
Above suggestions can help to make this a Good Train.
